WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
There will be a shipping charge of $5.90 for orders below $99 in Singapore. Other shipping charge varies according to country.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to most countries around the world. You can find the available shipping country at the checkout page.


WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery.

Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
  • Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
  • You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
  • Your order was placed during a local public holiday.
Unfortunately, there were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET?
Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order or order details if your order has been processed.

Once you receive your order, you may return any products you don't want by following our return policy

If any details of your order are incorrect, please contact our online shop customer service team immediately within 12 hours.

Unfortunately, we are not liable for any incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered during the order. A re-delivery fee will be imposed after a failed attempt of delivery by our courier.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
In our sustainable development to reduce waste, your on demand order may take up to 10 business days to be ready for delivery.

Your order will be delivered within 5 – 14 business days after it has been handover to courier.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to to track your order via the online tracker.

There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email however, please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order.
